The volumes are pure; lime-based plaster defines the surfaces; finishes in peperino stone and travertine remain timeless; the roof is clad in subtly variegated terracotta tiles; sandblasted brickwork is arranged in a precise grid; laminated timber roofs and underfloor heating complete the technical system. Above all, the villa exists in continuity with the outdoors — itself seamlessly connected to open fields, tree-lined horizons and panoramic views of the entire city, with sunset vistas.
