Station to Station is a guest house in Rome created within an apartment of just under 70 sqm on Via Giolitti, directly opposite Termini Station.
Its strategic location facing the station, together with an urban context less suited to traditional hospitality, guided the project towards young travellers and backpackers in transit — a target already well established in the Termini area.
In this scenario, the subdivision into independent rooms ensures greater profitability and operational flexibility.
The internal layout, developed through integrated solutions and bespoke furniture (such as the loft bed), strategically leverages current regulations to optimise accommodation capacity: a 21 sqm quadruple room and a 14 sqm double room, with the option of an additional bed, allow the property to host up to seven guests while maintaining comfort and spatial quality. The guest house also includes two bathrooms and a living area with kitchenette.
