This Art Nouveau Residence was born from the restoration of the piano nobile of Villino Ferrero, a Liberty building designed by Arnaldo Foschini in 1912. During the works, an unexpected heritage emerged: frescoes hidden for years beneath layers of wallpaper, brought to light through a critical conservative restoration that chose to preserve the entire stratification — not only the finished decorations, but also the sketches and workshop notes — returning the space as an artistic atelier where creative process and completed work coexist.

The project enhances every pre-existing element through measured contemporary choices. The lighting design illuminates with discretion, exalting the frescoes without intruding. Terrazzo floors and parquet have been restored to their original splendour. 

The furnishings — all custom-made, designed by Amnios Architettura and patented — are crafted in oak and stainless steel in keeping with the Liberty artisanal spirit: the display cabinet has no back panel to keep the frescoes visible, while wardrobes and sideboards are raised off the floor so as not to conceal the period flooring.
